Seating 8 in a boardroom style, with a plasma screen, teleconferencing, access to wifi and natural daylight, this makes an ideal breakout or small meeting room.
Breakout Room
The dedicated catering area can also be used to host lunches, sponsors and poster displays for events and conferences.

ITM Rooms are fitted with High Definition screens with the ability to connect your own device via HDMI, VGA or by USB via our new wireless presentation facility. All conference rooms include teleconference capabilities and benefit from natural daylight. Custom wireless internet is available throughout the ITM.
The ITM offers a full Day Delegate Rate from £39.00.
Our Day Delegate rate includes:
- Room hire
- Hire of standard presentation equipment
- Refreshments and buffet lunch
- Breakout room for refreshments and lunch
- Conference signage
- Staff on hand to support you throughout the day
- Wireless internet
Half day/full day room hire is also available if catering isn’t required

Event Management
The CPD Team have a wide range of experience and a special understanding and knowledge of the requirements of national and international conferences.
Poster Printing
The CPD Team offer a bespoke Poster Printing service for conferences and events. Fabric posters are printed onto a light durable polyester material which can be packed in your suitcase, no need for poster tubes.
